coast dungeon project

At the bottom of the ocean, a chain of undersea volcanoes rises to form a series of islands like a vast “spine.” The sea air is warm and humid, storms are frequent, and the islands are covered in dense rainforests, giant ferns, and rocky cliffs. The main island, T’lomu, is the cultural and biological heart of the entire archipelago. Its coasts are lined with black basalt reefs, while its interior is filled with mist-shrouded valleys, deep pools, and towering ancient trees.
An indigenous people inhabit these islands. Their culture is inspired by coastal African societies, yet it has evolved entirely from the island’s unique ecosystem.
This project focuses primarily on prop designs. Through small weapons and artifacts, I hope to
indirectly reveal the worldbuilding behind this setting.
